EHS Global Academic Institution can demonstrate management commitment to following policies

 

Environment, Health and Safety policy:

Teaching and Learning Policy

·         Provide quality education

·         Provide supportive teaching and learning environment which is suitable for all types of learners

·      Ensuring that the teaching and learning environment is designed by taking consideration about the individual differences of the learners.

·         Ensuring that training or content delivery is only done by suitable, skilled and competent trainers.

·         Providing formative and summative assessments of the learners for continual improvement of the learners.

·         Making mal practice policy and ensuring that the staff and learners should obey that policies.

·         Ensuring that the trainers use plagiarism detection tools for assessments and submissions of the works done by the learners.

·         Ensuring that the trainers give feedback to the participants after the submission of their works, so that the targeted improvement in the learners can take place.

·         Ensuring that the regular training of staff and learners on ethical practices and the importance of integrity has been provided.

·         Reducing the conflict of interest between staff and learners.

Data Protection Policy

·         Ensuring that the data protected are authentic, accurate, complete and up-to-date.

·         Keeping the data save and secure as per the data protection policy.

·         Keeping the personal data of the learners only for specified and lawful purposes.

·         Ensuring that the documents of the learners are stored securely and safely.

·         Not disclosing the personal information of the learner to other persons.

·         Monitoring and reviewing the policies periodically and annually.  

 

Grievance and Complaints Policy

·         Maintaining complaint register and taking actions on the complaints registered in the register as soon as possible.

·         Ensuring that all the complaints are properly registered in the complaint register.

·         Only taking action after proper investigation of the complaint.

·         Ensuring that the transparency is maintained during investigation of the complaints.

·         Removing the unethical favour from the institution, so no unfair means will take place and complaint of such behaviour is seen.

 

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

·         Refund policy is applicable only when total fees are paid. Refund is not applicable on partial payment from the learner or when the learner has attended all the classes.

·         20% refund can be done 20 days before the exam if the learner do not want to appear in the exam, after that time no refund will be issued.   

·         50% refund can be done only within 7 days from the date of taking admission if any medical emergency occurs to the learner.

·         In case of emergency, the examination of the learner can be cancelled if inform 15 days before the examination date with the evidences of the emergency that has occurred.

 

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy

·       Ensuring that no person is involved in bribery and corruption by taking any type of payment, valuable gifts, entertainment, sexual favours, offering employment, donation or contribution in illegal works.

·     Taking action if it is found that any consultants, employees, casual workers, contractors, agents or any other person associated with institution is involved in bribery and corruption.

·         Making policies and reviewing the policy of anti- bribery and anti- corruption annually.

 

Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy

·         Providing healthy working environment that enables employees to work without fear of prejudice, gender bias and sexual harassment. 

·         Preventing Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace as per the rule (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013.

·         Eliminating all Forms of Discrimination against Women.
  Taking actions if any complaint regarding sexual harassment is observed.

·         Providing assistance to the affected person in terms of support and preventive actions.
